In this post, I’ve created a fictional picture of how values might fit into the pipeline of work.
You could argue that Values should come first, and I would agree, but typically they are often secondary.
You may also notice the controversial inclusion of Religious beliefs into the value chain. Whilst the wise know that a professional work environment works best when religion (and politics) are left at home, we can’t ignore that an individuals belief system will, and does, affect the choices they might make.
